Automatic Feeder
What You Need |
1,000 Coins |
You can buy the Automatic Feeder from Sun Haven’s Town Hall once you have enough coins. If you unlock the right exploration skills, it shouldn’t take you long to get 1,000 coins. Some skills, like Secret Compartment, should help you get more gold early on in Drive Mad game.
If you have an automatic feeder, you won’t have to feed each barn animal by hand. This will save you a lot of time and make your daily tasks go much faster. Don’t forget that you still need to pet your animals to keep them happy, and that the feeder will only work for animals that can get to it directly. This means that it can’t be stopped by other furniture, and animals in a different barn or enclosure won’t be fed by the machine.
Seed Maker
What You Need |
Crafting Table |
30 Wood Planks |
20 Stones |
If this is your first time planting crops, it might be better to buy the seeds at a general store or a farming store. This is because it’s cheaper to do this than to wait until all the seeds are made. Still, the seed maker is a very helpful tool for growing rare or expensive crops and making plans ahead of time.
If you don’t want to make the seed maker yourself, you can get it at the museum as a prize for finishing the Spring Crops bundle. Just tell Covington that you’re done with the deal.
With the seed maker, you can use mana and one of the crops you want to grow to make seed bags from items from any season. It’s a good way to save your coins for early purchases while still growing your crops. You can also save seeds for the next growing season, which is a good idea if you want to grow expensive crops like Shimmeroot.
Cooking Pot
What You Need |
Crafting Table |
12 Wood Planks |
20 Stones |
In Sun Haven, you shouldn’t forget about cooking. When eaten, meals give many benefits and can be sold for more than fruit. You can also make extra foods to give as gifts or to fill requests from the bulletin board.
You might also want to make an oven, a baker’s station, a juicer, and an ice cream cart at some point in the future. So, the cooking pot is a good place to start, and it will be all you really need at first to make money and get stat boosts.
Furnace
What You Need |
Crafting Table |
10 Wood Planks |
8 Copper Ore |
In order to make many important things, like furniture, keys, and defense, you need to have crystals and bars. You can buy them from Solon’s Smithy, but they can be very expensive and hard for a beginning farmer to get. You can make these yourself with a boiler and materials you’ve mined.
Once you’ve opened every mine floor, you can make even better bars. You can also make an anvil with a furnace, which is another tool you’ll want to make early on.
Anvil
What You Need |
Crafting Table or Furnace |
4 Copper Bars |
The anvil is a must-have because it lets you make so many useful things. Here, you can make different kinds of armor, better farming tools (so you don’t have to use your old, rusty tools), guns, tomes that help you get better at different things, more selling portals, and metal keys.
Even though you can get shields, tomes, and weapons in other ways, metal keys might be the most important thing you can make with an anvil. The world is full of special prize boxes that can only be opened with keys. Keys also open gates that let you go deeper into mines. When you open the other regions, these keys will also let you into the Nel’Vari mines.
Loom
What You Need |
Crafting Table |
24 Wood Planks |
2 Silk |
The loom can be used to make more than just cute clothes and pillows. You’ll need it to make fabric for furniture and tasks, and some parts of the main quest will require you to make things at the loom.
The loom is also very helpful if you want to catch more fish. Early on, it can be very profitable to sell fish and meals with fish in them. If you don’t have time to go fishing by hand, you should make a lot of fishing nets. You will need fishing passes, of course, if you want to increase the number of fishing nets you can have at once.
Automatic Collector
What You Need |
1,000 Coins |
You will want to get the automatic collector if you have a large number of farm animals or if you just want a better way to store all your animal goods. Emmett at the Town Hall will sell it to you for 1,000 gold coins. This automatically gathers wool, eggs, milk, and earth crystals from your sheep, chickens, cows, and pigs, as the name indicates.
If you don’t want to sell these products every day, it’s a good idea to have them instantly put away in a safe place. You will still have to pet your animals every day if you want them to be happy.
